Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gabe Quiz mobile application (the "App") operated by Gabe Quiz ("we," "our," or "us").

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account using one of the following methods:

  • A valid email address and password
  • A supported third-party sign-in provider (Google or Apple)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you use a third-party sign-in provider, the security of your account also depends on the security of your third-party account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, including:

  • Comments
  • Categories
  • Category items
  • Polls

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of operating the service.

You agree not to post content that:

  • Is unlawful
  • Harasses or harms others
  • Violates intellectual property rights
  • Contains malicious code

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
  • Interfere with the operation of the App
  • Reverse engineer the App
  • Use the App for unlawful purposes

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Gabe Quiz and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or distribute any part of the App without permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gabe Quiz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
